Scientist
DESCRIPTION
The role of the Scientist is to work with client scientist to help implement their chromatographic assays onto the Company’s products. This task includes understanding the client’s method, analyzing assay data, conducting correlations to ensure scientific validity of implementation, and explaining the results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and explain to clients the capabilities of Indigo’s ASCENT™ system
- Understand client’s assay workflow, chromatography method, and assay QC rules
- Implement assay QC rules in ASCENT™ system
- Conduct method correlation between client system and ASCENT™ and summarize findings
- Assist in troubleshooting assay performance in ASCENT™ and propose corrections
- Participate in sales presentations supporting the assay data analyses
- Train client laboratory personnel in the use of the Assay Result Review in the ASCENT™ system
- Other analytical and scientific tasks as necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Excellence at gathering information from clients regarding assay workflow and chromatographic methods and understanding their application
- Strong capability and desire to conduct literature research to stay current with chromatographic techniques, methods, and their applications
- Ability and desire to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Comfortable presenting complex scientific principles to laboratory personnel ranging from executives to technicians clearly and concisely
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field or B.S. in Chemistry with applicable work experience
- Experience in chromatographic method validation or supervisory position of chromatographic assay result review and release in production laboratory environment preferred
- Experience with statistical analysis software such as R, Python, SAS, JMP, or similar tools desirable
- Availability for overnight trips to client facilities

Systems Support Engineer
DESCRIPTION
The Systems Support Engineer supports the installation of company products at client sites and in hosted environments. The Systems Support Engineer also has responsibility for the internal computer and telecommunication systems, including external and internal environments and their security.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Project Manager
DESCRIPTION
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager also defines the project’s objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of project management or IT Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
- Scheduling and budgeting experience.
