Software Engineer

• Passion for writing code and creating great software apps
• Personality of one who tries new things out of curiosity and fun such as installing new Linux distributions like Mint.
• Ability to master new languages and technologies
• Interest in emerging technologies and how they might solve real business problems
• Knowledge of coding standards and software design patterns
• Ability to communicate ideas to people from different disciplines
• Appreciation for test-driven development
• Knowledge of what "going dark" means and how not to do it.
• Ability to be self motivated and self directed.

• Solaris, SVN, VMWare, VirtualBox
• OSGi, Spring DM Server

Expect to:

• Be a key contributor in designing and building one or more (if not all) of Indigo's products
• Participate in new product discussions
• Get in on the ground level of a fast growing start-up
• Setup your own development environment; work on your OS of choice using VMWare/VirtualBox for projects that require a specific OS.
• Get the tools you need to get the work done
• Contend with potentially obscure (and mostly Sci-Fi) film and TV references
• Follow the Indigo President's business conquests through Twitter
