appliance. Indigo and Sun engineers and scientists
are testing technology based on Indigo's advanced
repository technology with new Sun hardware and
software to make open format scientific data more
accessible and usable than
ever before.
Proteome Data Repository
Indigo BioSystems has partnered with IBM Life Sciences
to test a model for global implementation of a raw data
repository for use in the Human Proteome Project.
The repository uses open standards developed by the Human Proteome Organization - Proteomics Standards Initiative (HUPO-PSI).
