2004-2007 Indigo BioAutomation (originally Indigo Biosystems) was formed by Dr. Randy Julian as part of the Eli Lilly ventures group and was housed in the incubator at Lilly Research Laboratories.
2008 Indigo BioAutomation graduated as an independent company. The first product, Rubicon, a secured sharing, long-term data storage tool, was launched.
2011 Through leadership in data standardization and innovation in statistical analysis of LC/MS instrument data, Indigo released its flagship software, ASCENT.
2014 Celebrating its 10th year as a company. To date, ASCENT has reviewed tens of millions of patient samples. The ASCENT package is Indigo's first big step in leveraging successful human-computer machines.
Future Indigo BioAutomation has expanded its R&D team for the development of new laboratory automation tools. We will continue to create world-class computational decision-making tools for the applied sciences.
