Indigo BioAutomation was selected as a finalist in the 2025 Data Science Challenge hosted by the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM). The challenge, LabDocs Unlocked, invited teams to design and demonstrate generative AI tools capable of extracting reliable answers from complex laboratory document collections.
The live 2025 ADLM Data Science Challenge webinar will take place on February 26, 2026, from 1:00–2:00 PM ET. During the session, Jonathan Montgomery of Indigo BioAutomation and Mikael Guzman Karlsson, MD, PhD of Baylor College of Medicine Texas Children’s Hospital will present working large language model (LLM) solutions and walk through the architectural and design decisions that shaped their approaches.
Available for ADLM members and non-members, webinar participants will engage directly in the evaluation process through interactive scoring and live Q&A.
