On Wednesday, September 24, Jim Edwards, EVP & Chief Product Officer at Indigo, and Nick Lyktey, Chief of Laboratory Operations at Gravity Diagnostics, will lead a workshop.

Together, Jim and Nick will share best practices and key learnings from Gravity’s deployment of ASCENT as the primary analytical operations system for their large toxicology panel LDT, now spanning more than twenty instruments. Attendees will hear how ASCENT and the Indigo team have helped Gravity scale their operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement – achieving a 10x increase in sample capacity and up to a 75% reduction in review and release time – supporting their growth, quality, and organizational efficiency objectives.
