For many of Indigo’s products, the hosted model means more than just ease of access. It means an end to the stress and pressure of utilizing internal IT resources to manage a laboratory-wide system for production analysis. All of your instruments will be constantly utilizing an identical and completely up-to-date version of the same software. The systems are monitored 24/7 for performance and health, and all system, update and version releases are performed automatically and at no additional charge. While Indigo’s flagship products, ASCENT and ARQ, are provided as hosted systems, other Indigo products have been provided as on-premises enterprise solutions, or even desktop applications.  We don’t view ourselves as exclusively a SaaS company; rather, we explore the needs and values of the markets in which we participate, with a goal of offering the right type of solution for the right type of situation.
